Many people are stating that it is a potential security breach for Siri having access to your iPhone 4S contents from the lock screen. Well if you’re one of these people there is a simple way to turn this off and not allow Siri access without a passcode lock. It is a bit hidden seeing as it isn’t in the Siri settings though.

Note: this assumes you already have a passcode lock ready.

• Open the Settings app
• Open the ‘General’ menu
• Open the ‘Passcode Lock’ sub-menu
• Toggle the “Siri” option to off

You’ll notice it’ll now say:

Do not allow access to Siri when locked with a passcode.
