Former U.S. Vice President and Apple board member Al Gore has stated a new iPhone is coming out next month. Wait…not just iPhone but iPhones.

He stated the following while at the Discovery Invest Leadership Summit earlier today:

“Not to mention the new iPhones coming out next month. That was a plug.”

Of course, this may be referring to a new version of the iPhone 4 (with only 8GB of storage) as the low-end mole and the iPhone 5, which is set to be unveiled on October 4.

We’re sure if anyone knows, Al Gore would be a good bet.
