BGR is reporting that an AT&T VP has told many employees that the iPhone 5 is expected to launch in early October.
“Expect things to get really, really busy in the next 35-50 days, so prepare your teams accordingly.”
Just to add some reassurance, the well-connected Jim Dalrymple decided to respond to the BGR story with simply:
“Yep.”
With two reliable sources and earlier rumors, it’s safe to say to expect an iPhone 5 announcement in September with an October launch.
