So if you’re on Facebook and see something like the above image that states “Hot Lesbian Video – Rihanna and Hayden Panettiere” what’s your first instinct?

If you chose to close it, congratulations you were correct. If you opened it, downloaded software on your Mac and installed it – you now have malware!

Sophos claims the malware goes by the names “OSX/FakeAV-DWK”, “OSX/FakeAV-DWN”, “OSX/FakeAvDI-A” and “OSX/FakeAVZp-C”. If you’re a Sophos user, the newest update should protect you and remove the virus.

Just when you thought Mac Defender was going to be the only malware in town, now this shows up.
