What do you do when the ITC dismisses your first complaint against a threatening competitor? File another one! Nokia has announced that they have filed yet another complaint to the ITC about how Apple is infringing on seven patents.

According to Nokia:

Apple infringes additional Nokia patents in virtually all of its mobile phones, portable music players, tablets and computers.

The press release states that the way Apple uses multi-tasking operating systems, data synchronization, positioning, call quality and the use of Bluetooth accessories is using Nokia’s proprietary innovations and that is why they are filing yet another complaint.

“Our latest ITC filing means we now have 46 Nokia patents in suit against Apple, many filed more than 10 years before Apple made its first iPhone,” said Paul Melin, Vice President, Intellectual Property at Nokia. “Nokia is a leading innovator in technologies needed to build great mobile products and Apple must stop building its products using Nokia’s proprietary innovation.”

Seeing how they’re only complaining about Apple, is this a legit complaint or is this desperation?
