If you head over to the online Apple Store at the link below you’ll notice that shipping times have been pushed all the way back to 3-4 weeks. Which means you could be waiting up to a month if you don’t want to go stand in line with everyone else.

When the iPad 2 order page went up it was originally shipping within 3-5 days. It was pushed to 2-3 weeks and now has hit an all-time high.

Like we mention in our successful iPad 2 day, make sure to check out where else to get the iPad and be ready to make a mad dash to a local retailer since they’ll be getting sporadic shipments throughout the next several weeks. If you’re brave enough, you can always stand in line at the Apple retail stores. They are now the best chance you have at getting an iPad 2 within the next few weeks but be sure to make a whole day of it.
