Many news outlets have received an invite to the launch of the iPad only newspaper “The Daily”. Rupert Murdoch will be there as well as Apple‘s VP of Internet Services Eddy Cue. The launch will take place at the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum on February 2.

Murdoch said recently that it will cost $0.99 per week after a free trial period. There will also most likely be an iTunes update required and possibly the release of iOS 4.3.
